No. Our rooms are 100% non-smoking. You can smoke outside at the restaurant & bar area or in our garden.

After choosing the hotel that you want, you will have a number of choice for type of room, choose the one that meets your need by clicking “Book now”

STEP 2: BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES
This step will help you save your time when giving the service that you want to experience in advance (such as airport transfer, city tour, spa….or other special requests related to your bookings).

STEP 3: BOOKING SUBMISSION
At this step, you can have a quick summary of what you have chosen, complete, and send your booking form.

After your booking is completed, the system will automatically pop up a “Thank you notice” and send you an email with the details of the booking that you requested.

Our team will reach you within 1 working day to re-confirm your booking and inform you about the available services, as well as the terms of payment.

Note: At the first of this step, you will have to enroll in your personal information such as email address, and contact number. Please fill in the correct information so that the system can send your detailed booking to the right place.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you must present your booking confirmation, either printed on paper or on the screen of a mobile device, and the documentation (ID, passport ...) of all passengers.

You will receive the confirmation via email from the hotel after making the reservation with us.  

You can cancel your reservation before 3 days the arrival without fees.
In order to cancel the reservation, please send the email to us or contact our team by dialing +84941247373 to be supported.

If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them to manage the cancellation of your booking.

We honor requests for early check-in and late check-out, but availability is subject to confirmation and availability. We extend this privilege to guests who book directly with us.

We provide transfer service to pick guests up from Dong Hoi Airport, train station to our hotel and vice verca as well as private car to transfer according to your request. Please contact our receptionist or call us via hotline: +84941247373 so that we can arranger car for you.
