Cancellation policy:

- Please make full payment before at least 03 days to confirm the booking
- Full refund if cancellation is received 2 days before departure.
- No refund if cancellation is received 14 hours before departure
- Possibility of amending tours 2 days before departure if available or change the departure date without extra costs.
- Cancellation is only confirmed by email or WhatsApp.

Policies for all tours:

- Phongnha Discovery will not give any refund if the customers want to return during the tours.
- For safety, our tour guide has the right to change the itinerary.
- If the tour has to be cancelled due to bad weather, we will inform customers as soon as possible with alternative options:
+ We can offer another tour which is not affected by weather conditions (please note that the alternative tour cost can be lower or higher)
+ We can change the departure date without extra fee
